Rapidly Growing Partner Channel and LiveOffice Personal Archive Usage Spark Continued Growth
TORRANCE, Calif., April 27, 2010 – LiveOffice, the number-one provider of software-as-a-service (SaaS) email archiving, email compliance and email continuity solutions, today reported another consecutive quarter of record company revenue that was driven by the explosive growth of LiveOffice Personal Archive. With an annual growth rate of 207 percent in the first quarter of 2010, LiveOffice Personal Archive meets customers’ increasing desire to use their email archive not only for e-discovery and compliance purposes, but also to allow end users to quickly search for and restore email with LiveOffice’s unlimited mailbox.
“Forty percent of message archiving stakeholders plan to rollout or expand solutions in 2010,” according to a recent independent research report by Forrester Research, Inc. “Message archiving buyers have reported low satisfaction with their current deployments and, as a result, many plan to ramp up adoption to help meet regulatory and legal risk mitigation objectives. In addition, our data shows the buyers expect to increasingly deploy SaaS/hosted models in 2010.”1

- Expanding Partner Program: The LiveOffice Partner Program, which accounted for 45 percent of the company’s new first-quarter revenue, unites LiveOffice with cloud-based email providers, managed service providers (MSPs), value-added resellers (VARs) and system integrators (SIs). The program provides these organizations with feature-rich technology and the sales and marketing support needed to become successful resellers of hosted archiving solutions.
- LiveOffice Social Archive: Social Archive is the first social media archiving solution to capture and retain content from any public website, including popular social networks, such as LinkedIn and Facebook, as well as blogs.
- LiveOffice SharePoint Archive: The first-of-its-kind to be powered by the cloud, SharePoint Archive is the only SharePoint archiving solution designed to facilitate comprehensive legal discovery searches of SharePoint files. It also allows end users to quickly search and retrieve files directly from their email clients – all for a flat monthly price that includes unlimited storage and retention.
- New LiveOffice AdvisorMail: LiveOffice announced the availability of the newest release of its flagship archiving and email compliance solution for financial services companies, AdvisorMail. Built using the most current Web 2.0 technologies, this upgrade features an entirely new user interface that helps firms quickly and efficiently review email with an improved workflow designed specifically for the busiest of compliance departments. The application’s new faster-than-Gmail speed drastically reduces the time it takes to review emails, attachments, IMs, Bloomberg and Reuters messages as well as social media content.
- Cloud Security Alliance Membership: LiveOffice joined fellow industry leaders Microsoft, Rackspace, Symantec, VMware, Cisco and Iron Mountain to help promote and build on the best practices for providing security within cloud computing.
- Expanded Cloud Email Support: LiveOffice announced continued support for Zimbra following the VMware acquisition. Now, LiveOffice archiving solutions can connect all VMware Zimbra implementations – whether they are virtualized or physical – to LiveOffice’s secure cloud.
