How do I add more email boxes to my account?
You can add more email boxes to your account anytime by contacting a LiveOffice sales associate at (800) 251-3863 or logging into your Administrator's Console. Adding mailboxes or increasing storage is a simple upgrade process.
What happens if I exceed my storage limit?
We will notify you when you begin to approach your storage limit. You have the option of cleaning up your email boxes to reduce the amount of stored content or, when you reach your limit, your account is automatically upgraded to a plan with a larger storage capacity. We will not delete any of your stored communications.
Can I archive certain email communications?

Can I get Outlook Voice Access?
Although Outlook Voice Access is not currently available through our Hosted Exchange service, we do plan to offer it soon. Please call us at (800) 251-3863 if you'd like to receive notification when Outlook Voice Access is available.
What are the system requirements for Outlook 2007?
Outlook 2003 is supported with use of Exchange 2007. Although no hardware or software purchases are required with LiveOffice's Hosted Exchange service, users must meet minimum system requirements for optimal performance of Outlook 2007. (All Hosted Exchange accounts receive a free Outlook 2007 license.)
Microsoft Outlook 2007 Minimum Requirements:
CPU: 500 Mhz processor or higher
Memory: 256 MB RAM minimum
HDD: 1.5 GB free space
Display: 1024x768
OS: Microsoft Windows XP w/ SP2, Microsoft Windows 2003 w/ SP1 or Microsoft Vista
Users with mailbox sizes larger than two gigabyte (GB) may experience decreased performance. Faster hardware may be required to support larger mailbox sizes, using Outlook 2007. If users cannot run Outlook 2007, Outlook Web Access (OWA) and ActiveSync (for mobile devices) alternatives are available.
