Webmail
Optional Email Hosting plus Anywhere, Any Time Access to Email Messages.
LiveOffice’s Webmail application allows users to access their email at any time through a Web browser (e.g. Internet Explorer). The Webmail program can be used in conjunction with or as an alternative to desktop-based clients such as Microsoft Outlook or Eudora. LiveOffice’s Webmail provides users with anywhere, anytime access to their email messages.
LiveOffice Webmail:
- Requires just a login and password
- Allows users to access new and archived messages from any internet-connected PC
- Features easy-click buttons to make checking, composing, searching, deleting, forward, printing and replying to emails quick
- Stores and manages contact information
- Enables users to add and delete files so messages are kept organized
Additional Webmail features include:
- Folders and sub-folders – create an unlimited hierarchical folder structure
- Message action items – flag individual messages for follow up, remove flags or mark messages as already read or unread
- Message priority – use the priority flag so that recipients that a message is “urgent”
- Trash folder – send any unwanted messages to the trash folder so that your inbox remains organized*
- Attachment size – easily view attachment size on incoming or outgoing emails
- File download – one-click file download makes it easy to save files
- Email Signature – create a customized signature that appears at the bottom of each email message containing a user’s name, title, company, telephone, etc.
- Autoresponder – produce a standard “out of office” response that is automatically sent when an email message arrives in the user’s inbox
With LiveOffice’s optional Business Continuity feature, Webmail users can access their email even if their in-house mail server suffers an outage.
*For organizations required to archive email messages: messages moved to the trash can will be archived, not permanently deleted, unless otherwise specified by your corporate email policies.
