MONSTERCOMMERCE SELECTS LIVESITEMANAGER

TORRANCE, Calif., January 5, 2004 - LiveOffice Corporation (www.liveoffice.com), a leading provider of enterprise Internet technologies and services packaged and priced for the small to midsize business market, announced today that it has formed a partnership with MonsterCommerce LLC (www.monstercommerce.com), a top provider of e-commerce solutions.

LiveOffice Corp's. LiveSiteManager (www.livesitemanager.com) is an interactive sales and marketing application that facilitates real-time communication between merchant sites and their shoppers through an instant message (IM) button that can be added to any web site page.

This new partnership enables MonsterCommerce to offer LiveSiteManager as a compliment to its popular e-commerce packages for online merchants. As part of the agreement, MonsterCommerce customers will have access to LiveSiteManager at a special rate that includes full account management and support through LiveOffice.
