Through an easy-to-use IM window that acts as a virtual launch pad for online collaboration, IMC meeting hosts can launch impromptu or scheduled web meetings directly from IM sessions. During the course of a chat session, the host can lead participants through web pages, share files or applications and connect into a simultaneous telephone conference. At the conclusion of each IMC meeting, the system automatically creates a transcript of the event and archives it for future reference.

IMC's application sharing also allows support personnel to provide hands-on assistance to remote customers that need help troubleshooting technical issues on home or office PCs.
  • Slide Presentations enable the host to quickly load and view any MS PowerPoint presentation in real-time with participants.   • File Sharing enables the host to quickly transfer files to participants for downloading before, during or after a meeting.
