Seyboth, business development manager, will participate as a speaker at the upcoming National Regulatory Services (NRS) 2007 Spring Conference. Mr.
Seyboth will host a session during the event’s Compliance Solutions Presentations focused on the growing impact of email management and how companies
can protect their businesses and their customers.
During this panel session, Mr. Seyboth will discuss how technology solutions, such as AdvisorMail, are helping organizations protect themselves and meet the legal requirements surrounding the proper management of emails and IMs.
For almost a decade, Mr. Seyboth has worked directly with registered investment advisors and broker/dealers to ensure they have the technology tools they need to comply and succeed in today’s regulatory environment. Currently, Seyboth’s efforts are focused on helping financial services organizations comply with the stringent regulatory requirements surrounding electronic record keeping, which include the archiving, search and retrieval of emails and IMs. He is a frequent speaker at NRS conferences and other industry events.
