TORRANCE, Calif., May 2, 2005 - LiveOffice Corp. (www.liveoffice.com) announced today that its IMConferencing (www.imconferencing.com) web conferencing system has been integrated with MSN Messenger 7.0', the latest release of Microsoft Corp.'s instant messaging (IM) application.

This new interoperability feature connects MSN Messenger' users to IMConferencing's powerful web, audio and video conferencing platform in seconds, making it easy for users to launch full-featured online meetings and collaboration sessions to one or several participants. Once a user clicks the Start Meeting button, activated participants are invited to join in a web meeting and the host is able to launch a variety of IMConferencing collaboration tools to participants including:

  • Dynamic PowerPoint presentation capabilities that capture existing slide animation and offer a host of whiteboarding and polling options
  • Mixed telephone and VoIP audio conferences that give users ultimate flexibility in selecting how they want to connect into a meeting
  • Desktop/application sharing that allows the host and participants to quickly and easily share any application or document saved on their PCs
  • Multi-point and full screen video conferences that accurately duplicate the inperson meeting experience

"Our vision is to make it as easy as possible for businesspeople to connect into interactive collaboration sessions with one another from any location," said Ted Heieck, product manager for LiveOffice Corp. "IMConferencing's full integration with MSN Messenger 7.0 ensures that businesses using this communication method have easy and fast access to the web, audio and video conferencing tools they need to make their day more productive and efficient."
