LiveOffice Wants To Help New Yorkers Telecommute

TORRANCE, Calif., December 20, 2005 - To ease the burden the New York transit strike is placing on businesses and workers, LiveOffice (<a href="http://www.liveoffice.com" title="Email Archiving">www.liveoffice.com</a>), a leading provider of web services, today announced that it is offering free web conferencing and teleconferencing services to any New Yorker affected by the strike.<br />
<br />
The Metropolitan Transit Authority (MTA) estimates that more than 7 million people ride the city's busy transit system each day. By giving New Yorkers access to its conferencing services, LiveOffice wants to help commuters work from home using the Internet rather than wasting hours trying to get to the office. LiveOffice's IMConferencing system allows users to conduct full featured online meetings, while the company's teleconferencing solution provides access to on-demand, reservationless conference calling at any time.<br />
<br />
"We want everyone in New York to have access to conferencing technologies so that they can effectively conduct business from home without commuting," said Ted Heieck, product manager for LiveOffice Corp. "Our web-based services are easy to use and perfectly suited to help New Yorkers stay productive during the transit strike."<br />
<br />

LiveOffice Connects Families Together This Holiday Season

TORRANCE, Calif., November 22, 2005 - Just in time for the holidays, LiveOffice Corp. (www.liveoffice.com), a leading provider of web services, today launched a free teleconferencing service to help family members spread throughout the country and abroad create a Virtual Dinner Table.

With high travel costs, work commitments and the war, more and more families are separated by great distance and unable to gather around the same dinner table this holiday season. LiveOffice's Free Conferencing puts the joy back into the season by helping families create virtual gatherings on a single phone line where they can reminisce about old times, share exciting news and send well wishes - all for free.

How it Works

Anyone with access to an Internet-connected PC can create a Virtual Dinner Table in seconds by visiting http://freeconferencing.liveoffice.com and entering their name and email address. No credit card information or contract is required to use the service.

The system will automatically generate an email containing the dial-in number, conference code and moderator code. To invite family members to the Virtual Dinner Table, all the host has to do is determine the date and time of the call and provide guests with that information as well as the dial-in number and conference code.

The call is a normal toll call. Participants' using a pre-paid phone card, an internet phone service such as Vonage or monthly cellular phone plan, where long distance minutes are included, will not incur additional charges.

Families can also use LiveOffice's Free Conferencing to schedule a toll-free call. The host of the call will then pay the low per minute rate of $0.04 per minute per participant for the duration of the call.

LiveOffice's teleconferencing services are also available with the company's IMConferencing web meeting application.

LiveOffice Launches New & Enhanced Lexicon For AdvisorMail

SAN FRANCISCO, November 16, 2005 - LiveOffice Corporation (www.liveoffice.com), provider of AdvisorMail (www.advisormail.net), today launched eAuditor+, a pre-populated word and phrase lexicon designed to better meet the needs of financial services' professionals required to monitor, store and retrieve electronic communications in compliance with SEC, NASD and NYSE regulations. Developed in consultation with some of the nation's leading compliance experts, eAuditor+ greatly reduces the flagging of false positives in email messages, attachments and instant message transcripts within the AdvisorMail system.

eAuditor+ contains a comprehensive list of words and phrases that top compliance professionals in the financial services industry have identified as potentially problematic in the course of electronic communications between financial services professionals and their clients and/or business associates. With eAuditor+, system administrators have the ability to add or delete words and phrases at any time based on their needs. If a word or phrase is deleted from eAuditor+ by an administrator, it can always be added back with the click of a single button.

"The last thing in-house compliance personnel want to deal with is volumes and volumes of false positive messages requiring their review and approval. From the start, AdvisorMail's ability to reduce the time it takes compliance staff to fulfill their oversight responsibilities has been one of its most important features," said Steve Uhring, vice president sales and marketing for LiveOffice Corp. "The new eAuditor+ lexicon reflects our continued commitment to compliance workload reduction and is specifically designed to help minimize the occurrence of false positives during email search and retrieval, while curtailing the total number of messages requiring review."

How it Works

In AdvisorMail's optional pre-review mode, eAuditor+ pre-screens messages before they are sent externally and prevents emails containing non-compliant language from being delivered until they are reviewed and approved by an in-house auditor. In post-review mode, all messages are screened against eAuditor+ and flagged for further review by an auditor, but are not prevented from being delivered to the intended recipient. In both instances, auditors have the convenient and timesaving option of attaching a note to the message advising the employee of the violation and providing further instructions.

eAuditor+ is easy to use and can be customized to meet the needs of any financial services organization, ranging from registered investment advisory firms to hedge funds and independent broker-dealers.

Pricing & Availability

The eAuditor+ lexicon is AdvisorMail's new, default word and phrase lexicon and replaces the eSupervisor Premium lexicon. eAuditor+ is available now to AdvisorMail users at no additional charge. For those not using AdvisorMail, the eAuditor+ lexicon may be purchased for $4,000.

Pricing for the AdvisorMail product suite, which enables automated monitoring, archiving and retrieval of emails and instant messages, begins at approximately $200 per month.

NASD Fall Securities Conference

LiveOffice will demonstrate AdvisorMail and the eAuditor+ lexicon today through Friday at the NASD Fall Securities Conference taking place at the San Francisco Marriott.

LiveOffice Helps Financial Advisors Fight Rising Travel Costs With Web Conferencing

TORRANCE, Calif., October 4, 2005 - To alleviate the hassles that rising gas costs and airline budget cuts are creating for financial advisors, LiveOffice Corp.'s (www.liveoffice.com) IMConferencing division today launched the Filler-Buster program. This initiative gives financial advisors the opportunity to replace travel with web conferencing at a special "Filler- Buster" price of $150 for three months. All profits from the Filler-Buster program will be donated to Hurricane Katrina and Rita disaster relief efforts.

With gas prices around $3 per gallon in most cities, any investment advisor that drives to client meetings is experiencing the pain of increasing fuel costs. In addition, with more airlines filing for bankruptcy protection, experts predict airplanes will be even more crowded with fewer standby options for busy advisors commuting between client meetings and other professional commitments.

Until now, web conferencing has been too costly and complicated for many advisors. IMConferencing offers an entirely new conferencing experience with a highly intuitive user interface, cost effective pricing model and retention options to meet regulatory compliance requirements. Plus, the Filler-Buster program brings three months of online conferencing to financial advisors for a flat rate of $150.

"In recent weeks, many of our financial advisor customers have told us how much they dread standing in long airport lines or filling up their gas tank. The Filler-Buster program is an attractive option for these advisors and eliminates the waiting game so they can focus on what is most important to them," said Stephen Uhring, vice president sales and marketing. "IMConferencing is the perfect alternative to traveling and the Filler-Buster program is the ideal opportunity for financial advisors to give online conferencing a try."

IMConferencing's useful features for advisors include the ability to:

Deliver seminar and product presentations online at any time

Collaborate on specialized financial planning and modeling software via desktop sharing

Transfer files to clients for easy downloading

Duplicate the in-person meeting experience with multi-point video and VoIP capabilities

Launch teleconferences with multiple participants at the same time

Capture web meeting content for compliance purposes

AdvisorSquare Kicks Off Initiative To Put Every Financial Advisor Online

SAN DIEGO, Calif., September 15, 2005 - LiveOffice Corporation (www.liveoffice.com), today announced the launch of the AdvisorCredit referral program at the Financial Planning Association's (FPA) Annual Conference and Exposition. Designed by the company's AdvisorSquare division, the nation's #1 provider of financial websites, this referral initiative embraces the importance of word-of-mouth and online referrals in the financial advisory business and rewards AdvisorSquare's 12,000 financial advisor customers for spreading the word about the growing importance of establishing a website presence.

With nearly 70% of U.S. households online*, financial advisors can no longer afford to ignore the proven growth opportunities that result from marketing their services via the Internet. Research shows that almost every age group, especially soon-to-be retiring baby boomers, is using the Internet on a regular basis for researching potential service providers, conducting business transactions and shopping. These findings, coupled with the prevalence of residential high-speed Internet access and data gathered from AdvisorSquare customer surveys, led to the development of the AdvisorCredit program.

The AdvisorCredit initiative simultaneously rewards existing and new customers for selecting AdvisorSquare to help them market their practice online. As part of this pilot program, every time an existing AdvisorSquare website owner refers a new client, they receive an AdvisorCredit, which is good for a free month of web hosting services. In turn, the new client receives $100 off the setup cost of their new site. Existing customers are entitled to one AdvisorCredit per referral and can accumulate as many credits as they want, giving them the opportunity to earn month after month of free web hosting services.**

"With almost everyone using the Internet these days, I realized that if someone asked for my website address, I didn't want to tell them that I didn't have one. I researched the various website providers and AdvisorSquare's professional-looking designs and simple setup made it the obvious choice," said Ronald W. Hannes, president of Hannes Financial Services, Inc. (www.hannesfinancial.com). "The best part was that AdvisorSquare's efforts didn't stop as soon as my website was done. Their ongoing customer care, education and training programs have continued to provide me with invaluable tips on how to maximize my Internet investment."

AdvisorSquare's unique approach to website development and hosting has provided over 12,000 financial advisors nationwide with the knowledge they need to maximize their investment in a financial website. AdvisorSquare offers ongoing education and training programs that help advisors promote their practice online, acquire new clients, improve client services and increase sales with a multitude of web-based tools. In addition, GetHits!, AdvisorSquare's members-only newsletter, offers monthly tips on how to market a financial website and drive traffic.

IMConferencing Integrates with Google Talk

TORRANCE, Calif., August 25, 2005 - LiveOffice Corp. (www.liveoffice.com) today announced upcoming plans to integrate its IMConferencing (www.imconferencing.com) web conferencing system with Google Talk.

IMConferencing's latest interoperability capability will allow Google Talk users to instantly connect to IMConferencing's powerful web, audio and video conferencing platform, making it easy for users to launch full-featured online meetings and collaboration sessions to one or several participants. Only the host of the IMConferencing session needs to be a registered user, which gives participants even quicker access to the collaboration session because they do not have to pre-register with IMConferencing in order to use the service.

Once a meeting host using Google Talk clicks the Start Meeting button in their instant messenger window, participants can join an IMConferencing meeting and begin using a variety of collaboration tools, including:

Mixed telephone and VoIP audio conferences that allow multiple participants to connect into a single teleconference (e.g. Participant A can connect via standard telephone, while Participant B can connect into the same audio conference via VoIP)

Multi-point and hi-definition video conferences that accurately duplicate the in-person meeting experience

Desktop/application sharing that allows the host and participants to jointly view and collaborate on any application or document from their respective PCs

Full file transfer capabilities that allow participants to quickly distribute important documents from their PC

"LiveOffice's IMConferencing picks up where Google Talk leaves off and supports Google's vision to simplify instant communication across the web," said Steve Uhring, vice president of sales and marketing for LiveOffice Corp. "IMConferencing's full integration with Google Talk makes it easier than ever before to launch instant web collaboration sessions to multiple participants and gives users fast access to the web, audio and video conferencing tools they need to make their day more productive and efficient."

Pricing and Availability

The current version of IMConferencing, which competes with WebEx and Microsoft LiveMeeting, is available now at a cost of $50 per seat license per month. The integrated version of IMConferencing and Google Talk will be available in Q4 2005.

AdvisorMail Launches Attorney-Client Privilege Controls

FT. LAUDERDALE, Fla., May 10, 2005 - LiveOffice Corporation (www.liveoffice.com), the provider of the AdvisorMail (www.advisormail.net) product line*, today announced the release of its Attorney-Client Privilege controls for regulatory management of email and instant message (IM) communications at the SIA Independent Firms Conference. This new feature, included in AdvisorMail 4.0, protects confidential communications by allowing users to assign emails and IMs to a secure, privileged folder that protects messages from standard review procedures.

AdvisorMail's Attorney-Client controls allow all internal compliance auditors to place privileged communications in a confidential folder. Once a message is placed in this folder, AdvisorMail ensures message integrity by allowing the system administrator to grant "privilege" rights to
specific auditors. Only auditors given privilege rights are able to view confidential communications in their entirety.

"Ruan Securities trusts AdvisorMail with our most critical email data," said Barbara Bennett, vice president, Compliance & Legal for Ruan Securities Corporation. "The new Attorney-Client feature now adds enhanced protection for our organization's most confidential and privileged email communications."

"AdvisorMail is leading the industry with the most usable interface available today for email and instant messaging compliance and management," said Ann Davis, director of business development for AdvisorMail. "Now, we are excited to be the first to provide financial professionals with specific Attorney-Client Privilege controls that protect sensitive communications, while maintaining message compliance with strict regulatory guidelines."
