ADVISORMAIL SLASHES EMAIL AND IM COMPLIANCE REVIEW TIME BY 50%

The new version offers enhanced features and functionality that improve user navigation, expedite compliance department review of problematic communications and provide Attorney-Client controls for privileged and confidential emails and instant message (IM) communications. In addition, AdvisorMail 4.0's ability to interface with an expanded list of compatible in-house mail servers greatly simplifies corporate deployments.

  • Attorney-Client Privilege Flagging that protects confidential communications by identifying such data and automatically assigning it to secure folders - removing the sensitive communication from standard review procedures and denying access from unauthorized auditors.
  • Enhanced Audit Trails that track the status of emails and IMs by automatically stamping the auditor's name as well as the date and time of the note's creation. Emails with auditor notes attached are flagged and easily retrieved at any time.
  • Automatic Print Option that expedites the printing of any number of emails or IMs directly from the selected folder.
  • Respond to Sender Option that simplifies communications between compliance departments and their message senders by enabling them to send an email response directly to the sender from within the AdvisorMail application.
  • Expanded Server Support that makes it easy to concurrently archive data and facilitates easy migration between server types.
