Archive Access: Users can access Personal Archive from their BlackBerry and Microsoft Windows Phone 7. 

Archive Text Messages: Archive SMS text messages, BlackBerry PIN-to-PIN, BlackBerry Messenger content and public instant messaging network communications from mobile devices. 

Search: LiveOffice indexes the complete details of electronic messages, including message body, sender, recipient (including phone number and email address), date and time, so users can quickly search and find copies of their messages and attachments in the archive.

Restore Lost or Deleted Messages: Users can restore copies of deleted messages back to their Microsoft Outlook or Lotus Notes* inboxes directly from the Personal Archive app.

Continuity Solution: Personal Archive for mobile devices serves as a backup and continuity solution for email and enables users to continue sending and receiving messages, even when their primary email platform (hosted or on-premise) is unavailable. Users can access their unlimited archives during outages to compose, reply to and send messages in real time.

Unlimited Storage: LiveOffice provides unlimited storage of emails, text messages and attachments for a low per user, per month fee.

Native Apps: LiveOffice has built rich native apps for BlackBerry and Windows Phone 7, optimized for their respective platforms.

Personal Archive for mobile devices is deployed via a variety of methods based on the device. For most devices, a web link is pushed out to provide archive accesss. In the case of BlackBerry, the application is deployed through the BlackBerry Enterprise Server. For Windows Phone 7 devices, the app can be downloaded at no expense (for Personal Archive clients) from the Windows Phone Marketplace. The BlackBerry and Windows Phone 7 apps can be downloaded directly to devices. End users can login to the apps, using their existing LiveOffice Personal Archive credentials and immediately begin conducting advanced searches of all messages and call log files stored in their individual archives. The apps require no additional hardware or software installations.
